who we are?
The historic district of Old Palm Harbor is known for its small town atmosphere and strong sense of community. The Old Palm Harbor Main Street, Inc. a non-profit orginzation, values our community heritage and those characteristics that make Old Palm Harbor a special place. Established in 1999 in partnership with Pinellas County, the mission for Old Palm Harbor Main Street (OPHMS) is:
"Preserving & Enhancing the Quality of life and business in Old Palm Harbor"
The businesses in Old Palm Harbor offer a mixture of retail, service, and professional offices and work together with Main Street to attract customers and visitors. We strive to be the local destination for residents and visitors alike. The Main Street program sponsors various annual festivals and events such as: Palm Harbor Parrot Head Party, First Fridays, the Palm Harbor Bike fest, craft shows, and other community activities for families.
